I admire the technical and packaging of this.

Have you seen the Bugatti watch? If you haven't here's the clip. If you have..... *shrug*.

Might be challenging to find a parking spot it fits in? Wow, that extended nose reminds me of the Bocar Stiletto.

Bugatti is just taking the Veyron and doing a "heres my homework, change it enough so it doesnt look like the same thing" and giving it a new name every year.

For me W16 to V16 is a significant change.

I wonder why they abandoned the 'W' configuration.

I wonder if they abandoned, or just have both options.

"The 8.3L V16 engine in the new Bugatti Tourbillon makes 1,000 horsepower (1013.9 PS) on its own before the additional power of the hybrid powertrain. While not as much as the outgoing quad-turbo 8.0L W16, the V16 accomplishes that power rating without forced air induction."

I think 'outgoing' is the key word. Turbo lag will always suck. Perhaps the intake plumbing was a limitation for the W-engine. The Saudi used car market will be flooded with all those POS Chirons.
