One of my neighbors brought me some romas and homemade Italian seasoning mix. Another neighbor came over with a bunch of garlic and onions. So I roasted them with a few other veggies, blend, add some Italian sausage and cheese, and baked ziti time.

A few meals at Tahoe:

BBQ chicken pizza:

Smoked pulled pork and potato salad:

Rubbed/smoked baby back ribs, half-rack, along with potato salad, cheesy grits, and half a jalapeno corn bread muffin. Same bbq place as the sandwich.

Ended up buying a couple bottles of their bbq sauce too.

You have some great neighbors. Last time any of my neighbors brought us anything decent to eat, it was an opossum and they had their dog deliver it to our back porch.

So did you roast or fry it?

Yea, we really lucked out with our neighborhood. Just got a dozen eggs from another neighbor yesterday.

Years ago, a friend of mine that moved to Philly sent me some cans of a local snapper soup. I remember it being really good, but SUPER rich, like after half a cup you had enough.

Made juicy steakhouse bacon cheese burgers on the charcoal grill.
80/20 beef/pork with a bread binder using some worshestershire, salt, pepper, garlic, ketchup, chopped scallions.

Dressed for success. Lettuce, Kewpie mayo, cheese, bacon, ketchup mustard, onion, tomato.
