I have these lines too.

You can slide them in the grommet (yes, with some effort), and I do slide them out of the way when I need to access the upper camber bolt on my MCS's.

A note about pad swaps - CSG confirmed for me today that yes, you do have to remove the caliper for pad swaps. Maybe some people have figured out a way to not do it, but at least it is not designed to have pads loaded from the top.

I use Tarett Porsche caliper studs instead of bolts. This allows me to just remove a nut on top. This is how the caliper was designed. Brembo cheaper out on their street kits, IMO.

I’m low on engaged threads but at least past the minimum. Tarrett doesn’t have quite the ideal length on the top, unfortunately. Longer studs increase both the bottom and top lengths, and I would run the risk of hitting the wheel. Been running this setup all year without problems.

How many events/hours would you say are on those pads? Are you still running CP only or is that the C1?

The temperature stickers are from AP Racing.

They were useless on B-M4s as the calipers never got hot enough to cross the minimal temperature on the sticker.
Well, or one could say they were useful to confirm that the caliper doesn't get hot

Another way to tell that the calipers don't get hot is to just look at the color of the caliper.
They're still bright yellow after 10+ track days, didn't turn brown like I would expect such a banana looking thing to do.

I can confirm that you have to remove the entire caliper to swap pads.

Swapping pads in this kit involves removing the top retention bracket which is the same as whats on the normal GT kit, but there is the bridge on top which you can see in pictures which is in the way. Not a big problem but it is a bit annoying. Then you punch out the pins which will release the pad. Then you remove the caliper bolts and lift the caliper off. Now you can change your pads. You CAN remove the caliper bolts first, lift the caliper with the pads attached off the rotor and then do all the work to swap the pads, but I find having the caliper mounted while you do all of this is easier. YMMV.

For me personally, I'm attending up to ~8 events per year and I'm reaching an age where even just wheel swaps are getting arduous so I'm not keen on swapping pads every event as well. Thankfully, the CSG CP pads that I got with this kit have held up to my stock power car on RT660s at my local track for 20 minute sessions without any fade. This setup is superior to using the XP10s on stock calipers on an otherwise similar car and track. The pads are pretty dusty but they are quiet and stop me fine at freezing temperatures so they just stay in and that's it.

For those of us with the original OEM space saver spare tire, you'll need ~55mm of spacer to fit the wheel over the caliper but at least I think it will work in a pinch, just take it easy when turning against the side the spare is on. I just keep the spacers in my toolbag that lives in my trunk.
