We installed it, with internal forged (HKS stoker kit low comp 2.1, valve train HKS, injector, fuel pump modified...).

And my problem is that my local tuner is working on tune since close two months in partnership with Delicious Tuning, but at this time, it's still not finished.
You could try CounterSpace Garage here in the US. They might be able to tune for you. Or FenSport in the UK might be able to do something?

anyone knows how to lower minimum boost on this kit?
is there a spring available to put in the wastegate with lower pressure?

I am pretty sure internal wastegates aren't designed to be taken apart, so the only way to get a lower boost spring would be to do something sketchy and custom like in the below video, or to find a wastegate on a different used turbo that could work as a retrofit, or to reach out to HKS to see if they sell or would sell a differently springed wastegate/actuator that could be used with their turbo.

I did my tune with Delicious. I think recently they've changed the way they do their tuning. I schedule a Day in the week to do complete e tune.

Might want to see if that is possible since they're in partnership with delicious. Difficult thing may be the time zone differences.

Does this kit have a blow off valve? I suppose if it did, the MAF sensor would be fucked for a few seconds after the boost pressure is released

For those who are worried, this kit is capable of running 10psi. 12 is not the lowest. Out the box, the initial boost pressure actuator is set at 13psi but can be brought down by adjusting the actuator rod/plate positioning in conjunction with running HKS catted downpipe or using stock front pipe. This will keep boost pressure under 10psi.

I have experience with turbo rotaries, there's just a lack of technical literature from HKS on this system.
Just curious where did you get your tune? I am from vancouver BC with crappy fuel too.

Thanks

I know someone who is running stock injectors and pump, on E85 Flex with this kit pushing 7PSI using a Turbosmart Actuator PN (TS-0681-5072). Just need more power nothing crazy, this fits my needs. I'm going with this setup lol

Reached out to JDL and they made me a better manifold than what comes with this kit. Just to follow up on my last post 7PSI WG installed:

Fun times ahead!

Little gem I came across yesterday. Looks like DK now also fitted the HKS kit. Notice 6:49 time stamp regarding the manifold "this item is not from HKS". As I suspected, but now confirmed by HKS!

If you want a better manifold hit up JDL The bronze coating on my existing JDL header is REALLY good at keeping temps down. So I went with the same (plus its slightly UEL), the DP is still the one the kit came with but also coated:

Just waiting on Koyo to restock the radiator I need to finally get everything installed. (5 week wait time FML) I have everything else I need to make this install right.

- JDL 10AN oil return line kit to replace the rubber HKS oil return line
- JDL 10AN tapped oil pan
- JDL Slim fan kit
- Greddy Oil Pan baffle and Killer B pickup tube (Ty CSG)
- Custom front crash bar
- Koyo rad radiator parts and just waiting now for the actual radiator.. ughh

Almost there! Cheers
