Personally I think the black looks great on cars, but it’s the toughest to keep clean. I have the stock black STI wheels and they need attention. A wheel coating did help. They look good as a contrast with silver. But I agree because my anthracite (Gun metal like) pro race 1.2, they have more depth of color and are still dark enough for contrast against silver. But that’s me. I could never have a similar color wheel to the car.

I think really only you can decide which you like. It doesn't matter what we like.. I would lean toward gunmetal rather than glossy black .. but that's just mho. Technically I 2nd the gold .. lol these are on the top of my list for higher dollar rims ...
