Interesting dilemma presenting itself.

Car is making an odd intermittent chirping sound (not crickets). Mostly audible at low RPM, frequency of the chirp increases with RPM but not in a reliably linear way, and doesn't occur at idle.

Sounds like it's coming from the driver side of the bay.

I'm running a C38, with a Forge Motorsports Recirc Valve, car is at ~70k miles.

Any thoughts on a potential culprit?

For me, I believe it was due to a worn belt. Sprayed it with a can and a half of belt conditioner and marine-duty dry silicon lube and it went away. The issue with that is the fact I had to have my unit replaced due to an unbearably high-pitched intake whistle that appeared shortly after that same chirping noise presented itself to me... be careful.

I would be pretty aggravated if that was the case belt was new when installed has less than 2k miles.

Double check your oil cooler lines. Then check again.

Is a toothbrush and reconditioner the best fix here or do you have a better solution?
