I would compare this 93 and 91 tunes being identical to owning a ps3 and a game for it, then upgrading to a ps4 and the same game only to find that the games are absolutely identical.

See how that would be frustrating.

Either way, I'm glad my OFT was free and I don't care about the extra power. Haha

I have no skin in this game, but does this guy have a phone number you can call? Seems like that may streamline the process, and if you are that upset return it and call your credit card company. Crisis adverted...

Don't want a refund I want my damn 93 tunes as advertised not 91 tunes.

Again for the thousandth time the $$$ he had no problem taking. If he cant handle his business demands he should hire help or not take on work he can't handle.

I don't really want to go that route as I like the device ability to load tune and go back to stock. Personally didn't research other tuning alternatives as this seemed the easiest for a home user. If I don't hear anything by next week I will cut my losses and get my $500 back from CC to use on another tuner.

Seems like you guys have one of two options:
1. Deal with the delays, or
2. Return the unit

It doesn't appear that posting about it in a public forum is getting you all very far, unfortunately.

You are mostly right.
Although I'm sure anyone on the fence reading this is looking for alternate tuning methods. Shiv started this thread so he had to be reading this. With no response I doubt he gives a f*ck at this point he made his money.

I am sure some f***s are given. You won't make a business out of bending people over the table ... unless you're into that kinky stuff.

I really have no goals of reading through these seventeen pages, but after buying a used OTF can I use it on all versions? Or is there are a particular hardware set for each version?

Pardon the lack of searching as I am sure this is a pretty straightforward question/answer.

The oft hw works with all tune files. The tune files are only compatible with certain cars based on region and year range.

Hey Steve,

Did the older model year tunes get updated? And are they available for my 2013 North America?
