Me too. Used prices have fallen off a cliff on them as lease returns pile up in the luxury class now.

In 10 years when we're lusting after the new autonomous Lexus DC 100 (for Direct Current 100kw solid state battery) pod, our old school LC 500 N/A V8 'vert will still turn heads and in 25 years they'll do well at Mecum.

Still surprised they couldn't make room for a retractable hardtop instead of a ragtop.

That is a pretty good price. Most of the LC500s in this area keep their value pretty well because there are so few.

They probably could, except it would automatically delete the rear seat and whatevers left of the trunk.

A Proper GT Car in every sense of the word. The best part is it will never leave you stranded. These are going to be an absolute bargain in a few years.

Everyone is complaining about the tablet screen being pasted on and the interior no longer has the integrated look....but if they look back on the LF-LC concept car, the concept interior's tablet screen is actually sort of like this, jutting out from the side of the instrument binnacle. So in a sense, its slightly more true to the concept car lol.

and FINALLY Ultrasonic Blue is available (one of my favorite Lexus colours), and I gotta say their new copper crest rose gold colour is truly something.

Im not sure if i want this car anymore though...i'd still love it as a retirement ride....but if i was to get it anytime soon? maybe not. After owning a coupe with a growing family, Im starting to yearn a little bit for the convenience of having 4 doors (and a bigger car) We still have the X1 though so its not a big deal :P

The interior is fine. It's the exterior that repulses me.

Hah i like em both.
I wasnt one of those people who were grossed out by the spindle grille cuz i liked how aggressive it looked.
But it really wasn't until this car where it actually worked as a whole instead of looking pasted on or odd.

Unlike the BMW nostrils for the current gen 4 series...ugh...
I thought i could get used to those but everytime I look at them its like goddam thats ugly.

I won't be able to convince you to the contrary, but the LC500 has some classic aesthetics that will age well. It and the Polestar 1 have these unconventional shapes, but with great proportions that immediately draw people in, and they are far better in person than in pictures. This is true of a lot of Lexus vehicles. They tend to look busy in pictures, but a well stanced RC350, for instance, always gets a second look in person.

I can see why folks like the Lexus, I like about 90% of it. And with a blacked out grill it's better looking but I think it just looks like it's trying too hard (this from a guy that likes the LYRIQ light show). I also think it looks better in person.

The Polestar is beautiful.

Theres a sort of 3d aesthetic to the Lexus grille's that you dont see portrayed in pictures. Its why i find them always looking better in person than in pictures.

And i think the LC looks best in bright showy colours, like the red, yellow, orange, that new copper crest rose gold colour, blue, green. White and black are fine but nothing special, but the silver and grey are completely dull looking on that car.

I've always liked the new volvo looks. And for an EV i would definately look at a Polestar.
