I'm sure I'd end up getting motion sickness and regret spending the money on the VR2. haha. Plus, without a steering wheel rig, might feel kind of odd.

Cheaper then a good TV though. Plus you get the sense of speed and depth perception. I just ordered one.

Still haven't beaten the Gr1 race at Grand Valley yet. People recommended that I use the Porsche 919 and it's capable of winning. However, it's front tire wear is atrocious and even with full rear brake bias I cannot get the fronts to last 5 laps.

Those 4-5 turns before the short tunnel on the backside (both layouts) really are great. Very addictive to link those all up.

We got a Quest 2 last year. Some of the games really are fun but I can't play for long at all, even sitting. I get messed up for the rest of the day, like a tired feeling I can't shake off. Seems like even the kids can't handle it for long.

I've never tried driving in VR but it seems like a lot of guys do it on the regular, must not be as bad.

I am lucky I don't get motion sick. I have been in some pretty cool 6 figure vr motion rigs before, it didn't bother me. My coworker almost puked though

Tricky race but a blast on the SF19. Fuel Trim 1 with output adjustment at 85% with RS tires. Gotta keep a 1:35 lap time. Focus on tire degradation measures by letting of the throttle at every turn and letting the aerodynamics of the vehicle help you out. My fastest lap was 1:34.665.
At the pit stop you should only need tires and little bit of fuel, tires should bring you up to lap 6, pitting before 7. Add about 2 laps of fuel and you’re golden.

Maybe like 4? there’s mostly GR1 spec vehicles. They can beat you on straight line speed but once it comes to turns you’ll have full advantage.

I'll try with either the R92CP or the 787B first when ever I get around to that race. If those don't work, I'll use the Mazda VGT.

Thanks! Will do once I "win" an SF19 via the Honda menu book. Wonder if the 60s Honda F1 car can win? My guess is not a chance lol

Name a Gr1 race in GT7 that isn't spoiled by VGTs

I forget if I bought this car or got it on a ticket. Im going to do it again today but with the 787B or the McLaren MP4-4. Just because it was a pretty fun course.
