BTW, looking for independent car checking companies in Japan. Any suggestions?
Contact Doston at Garage Defend located in Nagoya Japan, he can help you out on locating a car (either through auctions or independent dealers), inspection, purchase, export/shipping to the UK.

I usually roam around this website, nice selection of cars. Notice how most of the Toyotas and Nissan with a 2J-variant or SR are sold almost immediately.

Hmm, it's strange to buy a car this way. I think the best option is finding a local importer that deals with used Japanese imports. Or you can get a used car, but this way has its own set of risks. It depends on your choices and preferences. If you are going to buy used, better check Top questions when you choose a car. It would save you many situations when you meet the seller. Suppose he will try to lie or say something that article might help somehow. Let's hope that you will get a nice car and you won't regret your decision!

Both of your posts resurrect old threads, are vaguely related to the subject and then later edited after the fact to include a spam link.
Since you replied (this is a first in hundreds of times) then you are obviously either a very good bot or a low tech human spammer. Both the same thing really.

BTW, just to underline this thread, I pulled a trigger on an European car instead, procured in the UK.. However, I still keep a casual eye on the Japan sites.
