Diode dynamics turn signal bezel

Has anyone used these bezels as vents for cooling? I'm thinking about using them for an oil cooler in that location. Trying to decide if I wanna do something aftermarket or cut out the stock space to let air in.

You can just cut the stock ones for an oil cooler or just to let air in. These ones would work great for brake ducts. That's what I plan on doing eventually when I either break the fog lights or start open tracking the car.

For 40 bucks it's really not that bad of a deal. At that price it'd be worth trying and if I didn't like it I could just put the stock ones back on. Hmmm.

For the side that doesn't have the oil cooler, wold you need to build some form of ducting behind the hole to get the air to the right place?

Would cutting the stock mesh get more airflow than these holes you think?

Also, if anyone has any pictures of these on the car without the fog lights installed, i'd love to see them.

I just ordered a set. I'm thinking about putting some mesh inside of the hole and seeing how they look.

Will post pictures once installed.
