Can a sequential transmission be driven like a "normal" transmission? If so, the rest of the drivetrain would last a lot longer. (IMHO)

There were zero engine issues at Sebring, a few clutch issues, axle & diff issues and a bunch of bent wheels....
Do you know what oil they are running?

Toyota recommends Mobil 1 Supercar Synthetic Motor Oil 5W50. But teams have been known to try other, "lighter", weights/brands, etc to try and improve performance...

I had a few questions about the cup cars - someone here may be able to enlighten me.

Is there no front/rear brake bias adjustment? The version in iRacing doesn't have that, and they tend to be pretty faithful to the actual cars. Back end really kicks on me under braking, and I do tend to move the brake bias forward in most front engine cars I race in the sim.

The website also says there is "Stratasys bodywork" i.e. 3D printed. I'd be curious what bits are 3D printed. There's something online about a hood vent, but not much else. I'm curious if its on the R&D / rapid prototyping side or actual "production" (however limited that is) parts.

Have you tried tweaking your front toe setting to be a little out? Might increase breaking stability a bit. Not that I know if you can do that in iRacing.

Correct, no bias adjustment. But your problem is likely due to the sequential transmission. On downshifts the transmission is always engaged, unlike a standard manual that is disengaged when the clutch is pressed. Try left foot braking, and downshifting later than you normally would (to match the speed). Also as mentioned, toe and castor can help alot with braking stability.

As far as the 3d printed stuff, I know the hood vent is, don't recall seeing any other noticable body work.
