I sometimes regret not waiting for the RS but doubt I would have got a MT without a long lead preorder anyway.
I actually bought a 2015 Frs and had it for a weekend. Then I decided to get the RS1. Lucky for me the dealer was willing to unwind the deal (I had gotten the car very cheap) and I ended up waiting for 3-4 weeks until the 1st RS1 came in. Glad I switched cars but, even though I paid sticker on the RS1, I could have kept the 2015 and put the money I saved towards mods. It was a tough choice.

I did consider it but I got a shitload of extras on my car for way less money by taking the 14 as the 15s were being unloaded off the truck so didn't think I could get as good a deal on an RS. That and since I put so many miles on my car my trade in would have plummeted in value in the few months I would have had to wait.
No remorse in getting mine at all and who knows when/if I ever get to see an RS in person then I may not even like it as much anyway!
They sure are purdy in pics though!

I tried a 2014 but I liked the 2015 better. It was a leap of faith to literally put my money down on a car I hadn't seen. I love the Yellow (I've had yellow cars before) but I usually prefer to fly under the radar with a more subtle car.

Guys do you know any good air intake beside TRD cai that really works in our TRD exhaust? then possible mid,up pipe to header in the future. I saw the dyno of blitz but a bit expensive though its delivering good HP and sound.I want something compatible in our stock TRD parts.

Why not the TRD? I have one and the fit and function are very good.

Yeah I'm considering TRD already also for reliability and compatibility and re-sale value of the car in the future..but you can't find any mid and up pipe to header some TRD parts I think.I'm planning a strut car to break kit and coil over TRD parts too.I'm just thinking may be some other folks have other parts installed on their TRD package from mid pipe -header other brand that works well on our exhaust.I'm not gonna turbo o supercharged it anyway as it not practical and maintenance free hassle for me but who knows sometime you crave when your tastebud got use to the taste already

I'm considering putting in a Cosworth exhaust except for the muffler. It's made by Nameless and in speaking to them they thought it would make a slight loss compared to the full exhaust (NA). That would allow me to keep the 4 tip exhaust I have now. Then if I decide to FI the car I'm already setup to add the Cosworth blower. I probably won't FI it but just in case I'm not painted into a corner.

@Tcoat the Scion tC Release Series 7.0 is a different paint code. The RS 7.0 is 5A3 and the RS 1.0 is C2Z.

Thus my statement "pretty much"!
To the average eye the difference is barely noticeable.

Nope the RS 7.0 is yellow/Orange colored @Tcoat.

I had both cars they look different in person the internet photos don't do justice to the colors.
