Last year in one of my leagues, I drafted in 7th place out of 12 and was pretty much left with mediocre picks the entire time forcing me to over reach alot just to get some top ranked guys.

Needless to say my draft sucked but thanks to PPR rules and picking up guys like Danny Amendola of the Rams I was able to rack up some narrow wins and get into the palyoffs. In standard league settings if you don't get the top tier RBs in the draft your season's pretty much done.

Hell yeah I'm 2-1 going into week 4. Now if my players could stop getting injured I can make a real go of it this season.

How is everyone enjoying the league so far? What changes would you like to make for NEXT SEASON?!

IMO, considering the size of ours, I would like to have larger teams next year. Since we have a smaller league it leaves a lot of good players on the bench. I was thinking if we still have 8 next year what about doubling up the positions?

1 -> 2 QBs
3 -> 5 WRs
2 -> 4 RBs
1 -> 2 TEs
1 -> 2 W/R/Ts
1 -> 2 Ks
1 -> 2 DSTs
(9 -> 19 active positions)
(6 -> 9 bench positions)

Opinions?

Hah - yeah I feel like I'm fighting you off every week

I like the league settings. I think making the starting lineup bigger like you suggested will help balance things out a bit. Hopefully by next year this site will be a lot more active and we can fill 12 spots and not have to change much.

I gotta say I'm glad I did this league because I'm getting my butt handed to me with injuries in some other leagues.

Yeah, tell me about it. The last two weeks have been kicking my ass with injuries and by weeks. I'm enjoying this league more than my other leagues because of the free transactions. lol I've already racked up >100$ in transactions in my work league.
