Can someone translate this news from Tokyo Auto Salon 2014?

http://car.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/...11_630483.html

I am mainly interested in the Style Cb design, the race cars, and that cool center-seat Tamiya collaboration at the end.

Now THAT is a nice front end. So much better than the Cylon face that does not fit the rest of the car. Somebody make a front end like that, then shut up and take my money.

Sexy.

Somebody build a replacement nose like this for the 86.
I'd take a sawsall to the lip on that one too.

How critical is an air dam/curb feeler on a car that rarely goes over 50 like the twins?

I'm sorry but I think this looks awful. This front end could work on another car. Not the 86 IMO.

Agreed. I love the front end of the FR-S/86, I want something aggressive, not a soft attempt at luxury. Too feminine for me. :P

The last image looks like the Toyota Camatte 57s concept. I don't think its made for the street.

Many of you do not know this, but the lines on this car where inspired by the 2000GT. That is a front that better resembles the 2000GT. http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2...otor-show.html

That said... it is a fugly effort and should not be repeated ever again!

Are you admitting to the world that you think the 2000GT is ugly?

No, no, no! The FR-S body modification is fugly! The 2000GT is a beautiful car that was so ahead of it's time! Now, the Sports 800 was REALLY fugly!
