Do you know if that's the same size hose that fits on the supercharger elbow connections?

I believe that's 6AN. I haven't had any issues with that collapsing though. I just know the catch can hoses aren't strong enough for the vacuum.

You could always just vent to atmosphere. Won't need to worry about things like vacuum. And valve fouling.

Unless you're in cali.

My radium Catch can connects to engine PCV system. If you let it collapse, it over works the motor (in our case, the supercharger) if it leaks, it stalls the engine. So lol

How does all vacuum overwork the SC? I've had my pcv nozzle on the SC capped off since install and venting to atmosphere through a home made catch can on the engine side.

I'm not arguing, just trying to understand what you mean.

So apparently these Superchargers are shipped pre-filled with oil. Brought her to life tonight with the tune and went to add oil before initial startup and saw that it was full. Is this typical?

I don't think they're ever supposed to be FULL. However if that's how it was shipped then you should be okay warranty wise

I don't think he meant it was filled to the brim, he just meant it already had oil in it and he wasn't expecting it to.

If I'm looking at this correctly... hole in the block. Cat in the overpipe.. which leads me to believe you had a catted header. Pushing more PSI than stock pulley? Bad idea to begin with. That back pressure would have been unreal... if not, then just pushing too much to begin with.
