Is this something in the tune or have I got some form of leak? I've checked everywhere and all bolts are tight, don't appear to be any obvious gaps under manifold. Fuel likes are free and loosey goosey so not pinched.

Any ideas?

69mm pulley, intercooled, stock MAP sensor and intake and MAF, Tomei UEL and over pipe, stock front pipe and catback.
Mine was the same also with base tune 69mm and after with delicious tune the car ran great.

Okay that's a relief. It felt like it was more in the tune, like it was fuel starvation or something because it isn't throwing codes and can't hear any ping. It's started happening extremely bad at the moment.

Hopefully getting EcuTek tune from a US Master Tuner next week. Don't trust the ones in Aus enough.

Cool

Finally my 335 install is scheduled for April 26. Does anyone know how Sprintex is faring against the new Edelbrock supercharger?
If my engine ever blows, I might consider this or a straight 2JZ swap.

I hope to be in good hands with Moto-East's 335 tune.

Anyone know where I can get a MAP plate with a nipple so I can run a boost gauge tube to it? The bolt on the rear of the sprintex stripped when I tried to remove it.
OR
If you don't know where to get a plate with a nipple, perhaps help instruct me on how to drill a hole in one and what to do to get a nipple on it. I don't really know anything about welding or metal work so I have not idea how to do it myself if I buy a new plate.

Take the plate off and drill and tap it for a small barb fitting something similar to one of these , http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_f...tting&_sacat=0

You should be able to buy the right tap from any good hardware or tool shop and search you tube for some hints on choosing the right size drill bit for the tap .

It's not that hard so take your time and do a bit of research and you'll be fine

Also what's the highest intake air temp has anyone seen with the Sprintex 210 intercooled setup as I'm installing a IAT and just wondering what to expect .

Have seen someone say they got 69 c on the dyno but do these things get any hotter than that ??

I can get over 60C doing street pulls but I haven't seen much over 65C although I haven't really had extended periods of hard driving.

I'm installing a 335 Kit (thanks smudge) and I've got one hose I cannot figure out where it goes- it comes off the bottom back of the supercharger by the intercooler plate and its about, 3 feet in length and about 1/4in or 3/8in in interior diameter. does anyone know where this goes? I'll get pics in a second.

Does anyone have clearance issues with the supercharger belt touching the bottom of the hood ? My hood looks pretty marred up from it; and could possibly be why I've snapped a couple belts already.

What was the ambient air temp if you know or can remember when you saw that Kodename ?

Hoping someone that's tracked their car in warmer condition might have some figures/ data .

I hope you removed the hood liner.

3 FT... so roughly 900mm.. 3/8... that's the hose that runs from the throttle body to the back of the engine block for coolant, no?
