The manual specifies that the engine sits naturally at a rearward angle. When checking dipstick level, the engine should be as flat as possible to line up with the reference line. To level in my garage, I jack up the rear of the car about a foot with a level bubble gauge sitting on top ofthe blower until its as center as I can get it. I do live on a hill, so I might just find a good spot along it to park such that engine will sit level.

I've gotten so fed up with getting 'exactly' 157 mil. now,I shoot for good enough. My thinking is you just don’t want to overfill by large margins. You obviously don't want to run without oil either.

If sprintex wanted it kept at exactly 157 mil., they would have given us a better dipstick and tightened tolerances so we wouldn't be refilling every couple thousand miles. If we're consuming oil anyways... then what's the damn point of shooting for precise oil levels.

This is what I tell myself anyways...it helps me sleep at night when I think about my blower seals burning when I haven't checked oil levels in a while.

Yeah i am really not happy with how much oil they consume. But there is nothing we can do about it.

That, and the fact that the dipstick is so damn difficult to read from, and requires the rear to be jacked a foot to level.
Seems to consume a good bit less from my experience. Granted, I don't have a ton of miles on it, but I haven't had to top it off since switching, so take that for what it's worth.

How do we check. Cap just sits or all the way down screwed?

And dipstick is really bad. Cannot see a thong on it.

I'm pretty sure the manual says screw it all the way in.

We're looking at our first production run of these in a couple of months. We'll have them in sub-assemblies like the 335 upgrade kit so you can just buy the blower and drop it onto your existing kit. If you are wondering who would buy your existing blowers, look no further than the DIY tinkerer's at http://www.RS25.com .

We've seen a 10-12% gain in power with tuning. Testing has gone very well.

There will be NO trade-in option.

No price on them yet.

I find I get the same, but once I get to the street driving it becomes like my old m3 and start getting low 20s

Street driving I find i'm in the 18-19 range. Then again, I tend to drive like a pissed-off teenager.

I get 20-22 on the street and upper 20s on the highway, even though I'm running the 70mm pulley. Moto east has a good tune.

I don't get to do much highway driving as my job is only 5 miles away and that's all street driving. So I get about 20-22 average. Using Delicious 9.0 currently. My fuelly records:
