New From Orlando Florida

New here, Just purchased a Scion FRS Automatic Whiteout for my wife less than 2 weeks ago. Loves the car but already has a couple problems. Idle is low , goes to around 5, She says it pulls when she lets go of he wheel, have not checked that myself yet, and she has problems getting in and out of the car with the way the seats are . Anybody have something they used to build up the seat some? Going to the Dealer next week for the idle and pulling problem. Thanks and I will hang up and listen.

Just signed up today. Waiting for my 6MT Whiteout Monogram FR-S to get to the dealership. I unfortunately won't be able to drive it till November. I'm in Japan right now for the military.

Hey everyone! I'm Danielle. Just joined this forum because I absolutely love the car. I seriously debated on getting one, but ended up getting an Accord Coupe instead. Who knows though, maybe in the future We also just came out with 19" fitments for the FR-S/BRZ in our CV3 and CV-T models. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be glad to help.

Check out this one from Japan!

Well HELLO & WELCOME to mr & mrs orlandorealtor .....

As far as the low idle, you might have the dealership take a look see.

For the pulling, first make sure all the tires are at around 35 psi ..... if they are and it still pulls, I understand that most dealerships will align it under warranty.

Now, she does realize the driver's seat will adjust up and down .. ?? If so, and she still has some difficulty, I found it helps having the door all the way open and to practice "twist & turn" moves.

Oh.....Kansas City ..... darn.....

I was hoping it would be somewhere like New England or at least the East coast.

Why? Because I'v been wanting to take a fall driving trip in a FR-S, following the fall season from New England down the East coast and I don't want to drive all way across country.

So, I was going to offer to pick up your car and break in for you, by driving it a few thousand miles around the East coast.

Am I a nice guy or what .....

Thank humfrz ,
For the welcome and the information. We will take it in for the idle. On the pulling, I ask Bev and she said when she goes to push the talk button on the radio system is when it pulls, I think she may be doing it herself accidently. The seat comes up but in our garage she can't open the door all the way to get out, I think maybe one of those swivel cushions might work. Will read other posts here to get more informed on our purchase!
