2013 FR-S audio refresh (please hold my hand)

After buying a new truck, it made me realize how dated the factory pioneer touch screen in my 2013 FR-S is. My main focus with these upgrades are being able to use apple car play / google maps both wireless and wired, eliminating skipping while streaming music from spotify, and keeping them as plug and play as possible.

I am iPhone 13 based.

I'm looking for some guidance or suggestions on what to buy.

I'm leaning towards the joying or idoing 9" replacement unit. I there a reason to go with the 2gb ram 32gb ($200) vs 4gb ram 128 gb($480) for my needs?
I was also considering a Atoto unit. I like the fit of the idoing better but if the performance is better for the price I'm not opposed.

And that's as far as Ive gotten. My speakers seem tired, but not blown. I don't have any interest in custom wiring, so if there is a plug and play option I'd be up for it.

I've got an older Atoto in mine (2gb) and it's lightning fast compared to any factory headunit I've seen. It connected to the bluetooth and starts playing audio immediately after the car starts

My stock '13 is mostly too loud inside already to make clear audio a priority while traveling.
A Sanza Fuze stand alone pocket player with wired earplugs is more than adequate when parked up.
