Rays do their latest TE37 Saga SL in 18x9.5 5x100 +45 and best of all, in Face 4

For stance guys sure, my 245/35 Conti ECS just get inside the fenders at -2 camber and reasonable ride height on my 9.5 ET 45 Advans.

It's going to take reta-- camber and tiny tires to fit that setup.

Friends don't let friends run more rear camber than front. It's the Mcpherson strut front that needs more camber than the multi-link rear that has camber gain as part of its design.

I found out the hard way that even lowering the rear by 28mm gets -2.5 rear camber without camber arms. That's a fair bit more than the -1.8 that I wanted and expected. You want to run the same camber up front at the bare minimum. For a very mild street setup with rear camber arms, I'd run -1.5 rear and -2 front. Without camber arms, just run the same up front as your rear camber, never less.

Long story short, gen 2 NEEDS spacers up front unless you buy wheels with different offsets.

Are you saying 18x9 is going to take retardo camber and tiny tires? Not the case at all man lol

I'm on 255/35 Squared, no rubbing under full compression in the rear, no cutting required. Stock RLCA, very functional setup.

Thanks mate. I get the point re camber, but keen to run OEM top hats on my coilovers (comfort) so the max adjustment up front get to -1.5 or so. Had this for years (with 2.5 rear) on my 86 with no issue. Sure, a little bit more up front would be great, but for a street car it was fine. Just trying to confirm whether I’d need spacers up front with 1.5 camber. Think it’ll be ok, but ill be able to do some test fitting in a week or so

1.5 camber up front is very mild but OK. What I’m saying is if you have -1.5 front camber, it is what it is but there is absolutely no point having more than -1.5 rear camber if you have -1.5 front camber. Not only is there no performance benefit because you’re already limited by front-end grip, but anyone that knows sports/performance cars look at the car and see more rear camber than front and just think it’s been lowered improperly and cheaped out on camber adjustment.

You aren't so dense that you're ignoring the offset.....right? Just the width without offset is meaningless when it comes to close fits.

9.5 ET 45 vs 9 ET 22 is more than a half inch difference to the outside. Technically .669" to the outside.

18x9 +45 w/ 255/35. No cutting or rubbing in the rear at full compression, inconsistent rub at full lock (only sometimes when parking)

Boy has it been a while lol, but at a point where I finally feel complete with the car.

custom clear tails, triple chrome gramlight 57dr, along with full paint matched trd style kit. Full adjustable rear suspension and utilized RUCA/RLCA to bring in the rear track width, currently sitting at around -1.5 rears with -5.5 fronts (drift spec)
