Shorter Long Wait

Thought Id share that I ordered a car on Nov. 22 and was given a projected arrival of May. Got an update today saying it'd come a month sooner. So still a long wait but a lot closer.

Oof, my order was 2 days after you. So mine will probably be May as well. I really was hoping for an early March delivery date, it's my birthday month haha. Fingers crossed for the both of us!

Dealer submitted my order in early October. Original ETA was March but it got moved up to February about a month or so ago. No change as of last week's pestering of the dealer. I'll be curious if they actually delivery on time since I know shipping and ports are still a mess. While I'm not in a huge rush to get the car, I'm primarily buying it for autox and the new season's going to get up and running by early to mid Feb, so it'll probably miss the first couple locals but should be broken in and ready to go in time for the March TX Pro Solo.

Darn it, I can't believe it's taking so long! I have the same problem. I'm going to try to order it tomorrow, and wanted it for next season for the track. Unfortunately, at this rate, by the time I get it, and break it in, I will probably lose the whole season. At best, I may get one or two days in the fall

That was fast! The traffic jam at U.S. ports must be improving?

Has anyone found the part number for a spare tire for our cars? I don't want to only have the kit.

The cars come into a RO/RO specific port. Not fighting for space.

I don't think there was ever a jam at port. At least for our cars. The problems seem to be at the railyard/truck depot. No drivers and limited railcars.

The eagle has landed. It saw snow before is saw pavement. Pleased to say it handled the snow exceptionally on winter tires.

Question: I pinged my dealer yesterday looking for any updates and he mentioned the ETA now being January 2022, though we have no VIN because the car (presumably) has not been built yet. Is it typical for the ETA to move up like that? With no indication that it's been built I sorta doubt it's getting delivered next month lol
Hey all! Just got the call that my BRZ has a delivery ETA of Jan 29th! Got my VIN and everything!
