It's a gloss vinyl wrap. It's the adhesive underneath that you are noticing.

Fenders are FRP... We don't offer them painted only because there are usually slight variances in oem paint and the whole car is needed to get a perfect match.

Looks good. When I eventually get fast enough to need a wider square setup then stock allows this will be on my list. Any possibility of reinstalling rally armor mud guards on these fenders? It uses the same oem mounting points as the factory splash guards in th wheel wells. So is imagine so.

Can you keep the front fender liner or cut it or does the whole liner need to be removed?

The fender liner gets a slight trim behind the wheel - then its up to the enduser to either tuck it behind our overlap or run it in front.
