Clint_1111 Asphalt FRS - Zele Carbon Fiber 2 piece lip installed!

Not a single piece of carbon touches my car until I have some clearcoat applied to it; My trusty Body shop guy was pretty backed up so it took me a couple weeks to finally get it sprayed but finally! It's installed!

Some new updates. Finally wore my AD08's out surprisingly I got a lot of mileage out of them considering how hard I was on them. I wanted to switch to Potenza RE-11's but they were back ordered in my size so I went back to the AD08's.

I also picked up a set of TRD Canards. I think it compliments the zele lip quite nicely. I also picked an R-Magic Oil cap and a Garage Vary intake duct which I haven't installed yet. Hopefully, I'll have it on next week. I also Installed a Tomei Ti Front pipe but I didn't grab a pick of the install but it's not that special lol.

This had me a little nervous lol.

This pic might be a little clearer to see but car was dirty as hell.

As I'm getting my car prepped for HPDE I also ordered this. Should be here by the end of this month!

Garage Vary Intake Installed!

Just installed the garage vary intake duct. I gotta say the stencil provided is pretty sketchy lol. It was pretty difficult to line up well enough to confidently start cutting a hole into your bumper. The guidelines are pretty well marked but you pretty much have to feel where the lines are to line them up. Lining up the lines at the headlight and the bottom were a chore. Overall pretty happy with the outcome. To me it's a little crooked but luckily when you cut the hole it has some play in it to adjust around but I committed too quickly when I stuck it on there lol.

Varis Kit installed plus more

Might as well blow the dust off this build thread and post up some updates. Where do I even begin. I guess I'll start with my zele kit getting absolutely obliterated from an off course rollercoaster ride at Buttonwillow last October. From there came the newly painted and installed Varis Arising ii kit. Among the other exterior changes are Valenti Revo tail lights, oem fog light kit, smoked GCS corner lights and an ARK Grip cat back exhaust.

Car was obviously way too low for any form of racing so I raised it up about 1 1/2" front and rear. Time flies and yet another year at the Lone Pine Time trials. Unfortunately I neglected to charge my gopro and was unable to get any footage of my runs but I was WAY faster this year than the previous with about a 5 second improvement.

For the latest update I recently acquired a set of 18x9.5" +45 White Advan GT wheels. Swooped up a used set of 255/40/18 RE71r tires just to try out. Still got the ZE40's but I got tired of eating up good tires driving around town. Will most likely put high tread-ware tires on these once these are done.

In Action.

That's all for now.
