Yeah, or the managing broker as you mentioned. Just shouldn't have to. My boss is selling his house right now and is dealing with the same shit. His agent has been at it for over 20 years and is doing all the work since the buyers agent is really green.

Of course I turned it down but out of curiosity looked up what people are asking for them. Turns out that the $40k offer was probably low for the Hakone.

I knew prices were up but holy shit!
Lol, that's nuts. Almost nuts enough to consider selling mine and getting in line for a 2023...

Edit: Oh, meant to quote the US prices in the other posts... Oops. Too much work to fix

Today I learned my favorite Italian restaurant in Caldwell, ok, our only Italian restaurant in Caldwell, didn't make it. I loved their sea bass, and the only place in Idaho with Peroni on tap.

Meat & Spuds! You're an outlier even knowing how to pronounce that furrin gibberish.

Reckon that they had lots of customers who 'loved their sea bass' but not enough to keep it going..

Today visited a large shopping mall, last time we visited was pre-Covid, so many shops closed down..
