My first 4 years in the army consisted of pretty much nothing but "unwarranted physical contact" with the very few females (mostly medics or clerks) back then!
Although I would argue that the contact was "unwarranted".

TIL that first gen 86s are selling for stupid high prices now.
Had a guy in a new Mercedes suv walk up to me in a parking lot and offer me $35k cash. When I said not interested he upped it to $40k! He was dead serious and I have little doubt he had the money.
Of course I turned it down but out of curiosity looked up what people are asking for them. Turns out that the $40k offer was probably low for the Hakone.

I knew prices were up but holy shit!

Yeah, I saw some for sale in my area around 32k and up for facelift models. My cars probably worth up to 5k now!

Carvana has 2013 and 2014 FRS models for almost the price they sold for new (mid 20's) if they are under 100K miles. The even have a couple of 100K+ ones for $17K US.

So, what does your real estate agent have to say?

If they have no clue, I suggest you talk with his/hers managing broker for an explanation.

UGH!

With the real estate boom there are quite a few newbies out there that haven't a clue what is going on. I know some agents that are losing their minds over having to deal with them not knowing shit.
