I'd rather be safe than sorry.

My best friend was diagnosed with cancer last month, so until this passes I'm taking extreme precautions to safeguard her life.

There are valid reasons for people to take extra precautions. That does not mean that those people need to freak out when others do not go the extra mile though.
The basic precautions of hand washing, maintaining distance and mask use for closer contact are plenty for the majority of the public.
The best precaution you can take for your friend is to stay totally away from her under all circumstances. Anything less is not extreme.

Sorry to hear that -

I hope she responds to treatment and recovers. If she has to go through chemo and/or radiation she will need a lot of hand holding.

Getting my girls ring resized just a few hours ago and as we were measuring and chitchatting he told us about an older friend who just got in a car accident recently and died at the scene.
The "official" cause of death listed....Covid 19. That's why some people are calling bullshit on this whole thing. I don't trust anybody online telling me about it and sure as shit don't
trust any government official telling me it will kill me and what I need to do to stay safe. If some of us don't want to stay at home and cower or go about wearing a pointless
piece of cloth that supposedly protects us from a deadly virus we should have that freedom. All others are welcome to hide in the basement and slowly lose your minds and livelihood from
lack of human interaction and income.
I don't have any time for socially controlling f*cks trying to decide how we live our lives.

That sounds like one of those facts that's too good to check. Not buying it unless the guy died from COVID-19 while driving, causing the accident.

He said something about a bloody nose on the guy. No idea how that means Corona? Will pick up ring on Thur or Friday and will get full story.
