Alfa and their offset plates do not work in the UK, our plates are huge...

For me, no comparison. First gen wins style hands down. Meaner, cleaner, more cohesive.

my main 3 issues are the god awful head unit, seriously looks like something that would have been around from 2004, i believe the HU isnt finalized but still...get with the program ffs. the rear end in general and the terrible design on the front air ducts in the front bumper.

Alot of the shops in here give me hope.

Not flattering to 2nd gen... 1st still looks better! What a shame and missed opportunity.

I think from the front the 1st gen looks better but I prefer the rear of the 2nd gen. It’ll be good to see it in person, I remember having mixed feelings about the new Supra when it first came out (and a lot of the Internet hating it) but it definitely looks better in person. Here’s hoping the same for the 2nd gen. At least the vents are real.

Yeah no doubt I hope it looks better in person. I wanted so much to like it but so far from the pics I just don’t. At all.
You’re right Harry, the Supra looks much better in person and it has grown on me for sure. I’ve got a Toyota dealership right down the street. Bought an FJ from them back when they first came out. They had a limited edition blue Supra there a while back and I gotta say I’d drive that sucker in a heartbeat. The blue color just totally transformed the car. Toyota needs to work on the color selections available for the Supra. I have hopes for the Toyota version of the 86. We’ll see. Still not getting rid of my ‘17 for it though. Got my BRZ exactly the way I wanted it, and that one ain’t going anywhere. I tend to keep cars. I still have the first new car I ever bought, back in 1985. It’s got 44k original miles. Well, correction, my son has it. Gave it to him when he graduated from physical therapy school a few years back. He was driven home from the hospital in that car as a baby and grew up loving it. Now it’s his and I enjoy him having it more than when I did. He babies it. 1985 IROC-Z. Back in the day, they were the cats’ whiskers. Long way to say my BRZ is here to stay. Until he gets it too haha.

Man, I'm really digging the flare up trunk! I may be in the minority when I say I love the overall look of the car. Looks "bubbly" from some angles but overall very nice!
