Thanks to USPS, it took over 3 wks to get a package… but it’s finally here!
When I pop it out to see the main part. It’s clear to see how ridiculously over size & thickness. Now, I gonna design it. Question is do I wanna keep the buttons. 2 options here. Option 1. Keep it clean & no buttons or key, just cover. Option 2. Used flexible plastic to 3D print, so I can press on the buttons. |

my vote is flexible plastic for buttons. switches like that aren't really rated for long term exposure to typical elements.

Had a literal Geico moment today when I decided it's time to ditch Progressive. It was quite amusing honestly.

That whole '15 min could save you 15% or more on car insurance.'
My rates with Progressive were basically that of a 16 yr old male despite no wrecks in recent history or speeding tickets and being double that age. So I decided to shop around and got a stupid low quote from Geico.

shopping for insurance is such a pain. last time, i specifically sent out my current coverage to a bunch of other companies, and told them, "match this coverage, but for a lower rate."
what i got back was anything but the same coverage. yes, i'm aware, when one changes what things are/aren't covered, it's super easy to make that rate lower, but the point of sending out what i had was so i was doing an equal comparison. but they wanted to play games. so i went back and forth with a few of them, but it just wasn't the worth the hassle. so i just went with the same insurance i had before
