Guys, (and gals?) I just did a lengthy and informative write up that addresses what sounds to be the situations you are having.

Thanks so much for your write up. I had the same issue with the front door speakers not working. The rear amp is not getting any power. With your write up and a few others I was able to identify the brown wire coming from the car that had no mate in the Crutchfield supplied Crux adapter. I cut the brown wire from Pin 9 and connected it to the REM out wire from the new head unit, along with the antenna amp wire. Now the speakers work and I have radio reception.

Not sure if your comment was aimed at me or not, but if it was thanks.

I just spent a few minutes editing that write up so you don't have to scroll all the way down to see the diagrams that I mentioned when describing the different harnesses, plugs and adapters. Just makes it easier (less difficult?) to read.

Absolutely! Both you and the OP. Putting your posts together in my mind got me on the right track and now I have sound!

Now to deaden the other sounds. (Without adding much weight. This thing is too fun to ruin it with extra mass.). I have a 2017 that I bought three weeks ago.
