You obviously didn't watch the video the I linked above. Skip to 8:55.

Damning an entire company for the problems of a few variants of one engine model seems a bit shortsighted to me.

Oh,and Nissan (Jatco) trannys are known to be the shits,so I don't know what's so awesome about them.

my bad on the nissan tranny comment.. no idea why i said awesome lol.. i was supposed to type awful, but brain fart i guess

subaru uses the EJ across so many different models across so many years.. only one that is truly reliable was the EJ22... all the other EJs were full of issues... and the FA was not great either

Fair enough. Other than the valve spring recall,(which I still haven't heard of anyone having any engine problems because of them),what issues did any of the FA's have?

I do like the looks of that Volvo, but I wouldn't touch one with a ten foot pole. My mother had a S40(I think that was the one),and she found out the hard way how much repairs are on Volvo's.

Most shops in my area won't even touch Volvo or Saabs. There's one shop in my town, and I know of another one in the are that specialize in Swedish cars. That's just doesn't sound like anything that I'd be willing to get into, but good luck to you.

Been wanting a wagon for a while, previous choice would've been 3-series but they stopped selling the diesel engine after 2019.

Would have preferred V60 with base engine and AWD but AWD on V60 only comes with twin charged engine, so V60CC is the next best choice. Was going to do European delivery and take a vacation in Northern Europe, but V60CC isn't offered for European delivery and COVID-19 makes it impossible to do that until at least next year, if even that.

The wagon I would buy immediately without hesitation is not sold in the US, unfortunately. Subaru is happier selling the Outback here than the Levorg.
