Perhaps it needs an alignment? Very very nice sir. This is the set up that I am aiming for but I want to add some 5mm spacers to avoid the rub at full lock. Do you have the camber set to 0?

we put 3mm spacers on it and it didnt rub but the installer was so against spacers that i decided to skip them. i havent gotten the car aligned yet and dont know what the camber is or how to check it. i might not get an alignment as im leaning towards getting coil overs sooner rather than later. thanks

BTW, the fron doesnt poke out at all. ill post a front pic soon.

I figured it would be, by rough number crunching, which is why I asked. Must have been a bit of shadow in that first picture.

I have this exact set-up (different tires/same size) and I don't rub PERIOD on coils. I'm pretty low too. My RPF1s are orange though.

KW V3, but likely the body of any coilover is narrow enough. I'm going to add 5MM spacers anyway so I can go up to 255 and add more front camber.

you have no issues with the tie rod on full wheel lock?

Yeah, I'm thinking about going with Koni shocks and RCE Yellow springs but not sure if that set up would clear at full lock to avoid the spacers. On another note, the coils should clear at full lock.

I've never seen evidence of it.

well ive never done coilovers on my cars but it looks like im about to do it. a few questions; who makes the adjustments like ride height and firmness? what about camber? how do you know what to set that at? do you do an alignment? if so, before or after all the settings are done? will my mechanic know what to set everything at? hes a really good tuner and he has a sick EVO that he obviously did himself but, ive never spoken to him about coilovers yet. thanks in advance to anyone that answers me.

set preload (if at all), ride height (though you'll get a drop from the body of the coilover being shorter than stock), put them on and get an alignment
