Now that we're talking about it, I realize that I've done more pushrod engines than I have OHV. Aircraft engines... old VWs... I get it all mixed up. I bet it's the intake side that gets looser on heat soak. It's fascinating stuff!

It seems like the intake side is the one that suffers from valve float related rocker fuckery too. So that would make sense. Lol
