Like I said, could very well be but hopefully that would also mean upgraded brakes because these brakes have more problems at the track than just cooling.

I'm sure you're probably joking as I've never seen a N/A intake that would need that kind of design. :P

Unless you can steal a German dealer plate it's not going to work:

"Car dealers' plates are in red print on a white background, and the code begins with 06."

All of the previous test cars for this platform from Toyota have started with DAU 06XX

This same plate (DAU 0679) was used on a Lexus GS test mule back in 2010
http://my.is/forums/f41/just-how-sig...t-mule-419952/

"The first silver-blue GS test mule bears a DAU 0679 license plate, a visibly widened rear track, taped-over exhaust pipes and first appeared on an Edmunds Inside Line article by Erin Riches. "

If this is real, I'll miss the fangs. I can't believe all the people who are doubting their current vehicles by saying they have to make them look like the "next best thing". The current 86 generation is a great car...yes, there are ways we can make it better, but put the 86 up against a current best-seller, say the Mazda 6, Hyundai Genesis, and I have no doubt which car I'd rather be driving. My FR-S is the most fun car I've driven in ages, and I've DD'd Porsches, Fords, Dodges, and even for awhile, a '57 MGA (dating myself now, I know, even though mine was old enough to need a complete re-build). This is a really good car. I have absolutely no regrets buying my FR-S.

They probably will. They are just testing the new bumpers (and whatever's inside) for now. Changing only one thing at a time gives them a better idea of how it effects things.
