Nope. If I wanted more I would have more. It would happen without fanfare and any claims I made would be documented through legitimate and accepted test procedures. This would include before and after each change

This is one method, but it is not the only one. You cannot ignore acceleration figures, lap time improvements or other ways of measurements. If for example you do an engine change and the car does much better on a track is it just your mind? Let's be a bit serious please ...

but you didnt change an engine part and you arent tracking it in a lap. you want to compare a straight acceleration and see what the pulleys are contributing for. therefore you need to do a before and after with stock pulleys and aftermarket pulleys and see the difference.
Not requiring other people to do your crazy test 42-103 km/h since you well know you are basically in the 1% of the few people that change the fd to a torque-sucker 3.7, and even if i could do the test (because my car reaches 103 km/h if i use 7650 rpm limit instead of the 7550 i use now because i dont really care to reach so high rpms) i have better things to do and reading that you think 194 whp with your car is an accurate statement of you care (tip: it is not.) just makes me more willing to not do it you should follow the good advices people are giving to you and do proper tests to see if your pulleys are giving you real acceleration gains |

I think this thread has stumbled on to something. Eating a good breakfast is indeed the most basic of mods, one that all experts can agree will improve performance. Lap times will improve, launches will be on point, and fastness will get ... faster. I mean, it's even got "fast" in the name right?
Good job everyone! Max blast kudos all around! |
