FRS GT86 front bumper

I don't know if this has been discussed here before but If I wanted to install a GT86 bumper, I would need the headlight surround bracket? If so will I need the "newer" headlights? but wait there is more. Depending on the mood, will I be able to switch bumper back n forth? Thanks

It depends on what you want to install it on... If it's going on a Honda Civic Si, then I think it hasn't been discussed on this Forum..

Applicable to USDM models:

You want a GT86 bumper on an FRS? They have the same bumper so not likely

If you want an 86 bumper on an FRS, you need the new headlight brackets.

I ran into a kid from high school several years later at a fueling station. I didn't really know him, but apparently he remembered me and was gushing to give me the lowdown on his customized 1987 Nissan Pulsar. This was just a few years after the Fast&Furious films came out. Poor kid must have dropped $8k on a bunch of custom bodywork and paint. He then asked me if I wanted to join their "Hundred-mile-an-hour-club". If you could push your car to 100mph you were in, he explained, and it was very exclusive. (I was driving my black '74 Celica GT coupe at the time and it LOOKED fast) I declined entry into their exclusive club. Crazy to think I might have missed out on a life of celebrity.....

Well, this is not correct, it depends on the market.
For JDM they are all 86; for EU they are all GT86; for US they are FRS and 86...

No, I don't think you need the new headlights. All the headlights are the shame shape I believe. You need different headlight brackets because the bumper clips are in different positions.

Which means you canT just mount the older FRS bumpers back on.. reason I ask is I want to use the older bumper for the track and the newer 86 for the street..
