Aw... i miss those ridiculous LEDs at the front =/
Anywayz... wtf is up with the embossed "scion" across the back? Are they trying to copy ford with that "mustang" thing, cuz that is absolutely fugly and out of date. Seriously? Branding scion across the back of the friggin back. That's stupid. Go JDM. Go badge it. Otherwise... not bad. Knowin that scion got the car and not toyota , I want to see how the subie version is now. Does anyone know if subie has released anymore teasers aside from the skeleton from geneva? |

+2. If that's how it's going to come out, I'll gladly pass. It went from a very clean design all around with the MK1 to something completely fugly and horrid. The wheels even went from cool to utter shit. I'll be fine now staying with the S and waiting for something else. Sorry, but I don't want a Scion in my garage.

^^So go buy the Subaru version.
How many more post do we need of "Oh I can't buy the Scion and put it in the garage...blah blah". Just go get the Subaru version, or go post on the thread with the Subaru and express your desire to have one there. Not that difficult to do. Those post are getting old, no one cares anymore. Anyhow, I was over on the 8thgenCivic forums to see what the FR-S buzz was over there. Lot of people are picking this over the new Civic SI. Then I started to think, if they go ahead and produce the FT-86/FR-S and it looks remotely close to the last concept, keep it around $25k, this will put a huge dent in the 2012 Civic SI sales. The new SI is priced to hit the market at $23k, running 201hp/170tq I believe it is. |

the 2012 Civic si reminds me of the year of Civic Si that I owned the 02-05 MY Si no one wanted those. I think this new SI is about the same, hell even I jumped ship after hearing about the FT back way younder

I hope your right archer, because FR-S has the looks to compete with 370Z level price. I think people will still buy it at that 28K price point, but it be something totally new coming from Scion. On a random thought, what's the expected price of an IQ?

Yeah I agree, it looks like it could cost just as much as the 370z. But if it's priced at $25k....damn that will put a hole in a lot of cars on the market. Just hope its faster than an RX-8.

This HAS to beat an RX-8 if it will cost anything above $27K. The Z is a great car for the money and this one should be too.
