Swapped a set of wheels with TPMS. Now get a light.

I got a 2nd set of OEM wheels with tires and TPMS already installed.
After I swapped the wheels, my TPMS light came on after about 30 mins.

What are my options for getting the 4 new TPMS sensors in my new wheels to be coded to my car ?
Any idea what the dealer charges for this?

You can reprogram, however you need to know the codes of the sensor, which involve deflating the tires and getting the physical codes off the sensors.

There are fancy readers that provide codes as well, but you are probably looking at $100-150 to reprogram at a dealer.

Most larger tire centers can also read and change codes. They usually cost far less than the dealer.

Thank you for your replies.
I may be swapping tires after all, so the tires will be off.
With tires off, is it easy to switch the TPMS sensor from the old wheel to the new?
