I finally took my caliper off and inspected my noisy brake which was the passenger front. The pads looked totally healthy at 45k. When the rotor spun past the pads at a certain spot, they made this noise. Visually everything looked fine, but with my hand I could feed that the spot on the rotor which was causing the noise had a different texture to it than the rest of the rotor face. It was almost a rough spot...pad deposit I'm assuming?

So I'm guessing rotor replacement (or resurfacing) is the solution.
A few hard stops and it will be fine.

If just a pad deposit you can just clear it by bedding the brakes.
