CARB Legal LS3 Swap

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I didn't realize these crate motors were available. I think it is common knowledge that any motor that is newer can be dropped in a car and be smog legal if all the emission components are present and unmodified, but why not do a swap that comes with a CARB EO#? For anyone looking to keep things legal in California, you might wan't to consider such a setup.

Hmmm, maybe this is just for 95 and old cars. Grrr. Looked tempting.

95 and older only. Otherwise same year or newer engine with all oem emission systems in place. A company has completed the carb approval for GM V8 swaps in newer jeeps using these setups but they had to threaten legal action to get it done.
