A Mustang without retro styling is not really a Mustang. Ford better make another coupe based off Evo concept than mess up with Mustang name.

4 door Mustang? Ford Falcon.
Mustang was actually a restyled Falcon. When Falcon failed in term of sale, they rebodied it.

.... 4 door mustang?

This is the first time I've done a photoshop like this, please don't be too hard on my skill level. I just wanted to see what it would look like as more of a refresh and less of a evos...

I like this! It looks much better, but still not as good as the current model.

Now that's a little better! Good job on the PS. I could live with that.

If the Mustang continues down the retro style I will never be into it. It feels like a high riding coupe with a hood that you can see while driving. I prefer the low-slung design of the EVOS over any Mustang ever made. But my only problem is that it still looks too big. It needs to be more low-slung with RWD and a ecoboost 4/6 cylinder and be called the PROBE!!!

as mentioned in a couple of posts, the EVOS shown above is the concept only, and the new Mustang will take "styling queues" from it but probably won't look exactly like it. I'd say its a pretty safe bet it won't have those doors.

Based on the articles I've read since the OP it sounds like it will retain Mustang signature items such as round headlights, raised hood, but will not be a "retro" look like the last two models.

I think we'll just have to wait to see the first design shots to be sure, but it may satisfy both sides of the argument if they do it right.

I guess I'm too much of a traditionalist though. The Corvette still doesn't look right without pop-up headlights to me, but the new model has definitely grown on me. I suspect the new Mustang will do the same.

Wha....? Remember what happen when they changed it in the 80's and in the 90's till the early 00's? Crapy looks that died very quick. Please leave a design that doesn't end like the retro look we already have.

I would like to see the grill on the mustang but das it
