>_> I think I will stick with the ft-86. I do kinda like the front thought but the rear is is too plain.

it's too bad they wouldn't recreate the body style of the S15.

It's gonna be interesting to see them make a 2+2 on the L (?) platform that's gonna be lighter than the 370Z.

ROFLMAO

Yeah, the 2 seater 370Z is what like 3300lbs. How are they going to drop 500lbs from the FM platform to get this 2+2 Silvia in at the reported 2800lbs? 200hp 1.8l turbo at that weight would be a decent performer though.

That Fioria concept from 2005 is hideous. They should just bring back an updated S15 body with the new 1.8l turbo engine and call it good.

Whatever they do it will help keep Toyobau focussed on making the FT-86/216a the best performing cheap RWD coupe on the market so I'm all for the competition.

Same as before like the 240sx will have the 1.8liter Or any downgraded motor and the rest of the world will get a better engine

If Nissan decides to bring the 240sx back out I wouldn't even consider buying it. Knowing them it'll be too heavy or lack the handling of a true sports car.

I thought the only thing lacking for 240sx (in North American at least) was that they got the KA24 instead of the SR20. Other than that isn't the chassis a good one.

Nissan Silvia/200SX coming back?

http://www.caradvice.com.au/167003/n...ke-a-comeback/

Found this article interesting as the idea of competitors popping up to take on the FRS/GT-86/BRZ has always been in the back of the mind when this car was announced. Thought I'd share!
