not to disagree, just a random observation, but when it's hot out, and I drive for more than 10 minutes, I regularly see a reading of 29.0v; when It's cold out I never get above 28.8v

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread

The voltmeters typically have a variance of about .2 volts I've seen. The higher voltage could be due to the alternator charging the batteries to keep them peaked in hot weather. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Regarding the codes, I was throwing a P0463 (Fuel Level Sensor High Input). How am I certain it was the Torco causing it? To be honest, I'm not certain and it's purely anecdotal. I do know that I was not throwing the codes prior to using it and I have not thrown the code since I stopped using it. I've done research on forums and there isn't any conclusive evidence of what is causes it. I'm guessing you are mostly on e85 but were you able to run Torco long term without any issues?

Two PM's were sent out yesterday. We will move down the list after the weekend if there are no responses.
Rev 3 kit has had some updates, mostly with ease of installation and compatibility additions for Procede: I want to applaud @Shiv@Openflash, the procede hits all the marks when it comes to boosting our platform with a ESC. After using it for 2 weeks it is simply the best addition anyone could add to the ESC. I have been using the sport map and it is truly awesome. Sure it takes a bit of getting use to but once your brain readjusts to the new power it cannot be beat. Merging in with traffic in 4th or 5th gear is awesome, you squeeze the throttle and dial in the power effortlessly. Gone is the "too much / not enough" feeling that boosting in lower RPM ranges could bring out with the WOT switch. I have had 5 friends drive my car (they own a STI, WRX, GTI, 135i and 370z). They all loved how the power came on, no lag, no drama just smooth boost. I urge everyone that hasnt given the procede a try to try and fit it into the mod budget, it really is great. With that being said, almost all users of the part throttle switch have migrated to the procede and loved it. Rob is going to suggest that if a user wants the advanced partial throttle boost that they go the procede route. If the user really doesn't want the procede they can go with the standard WOT switch(at reduced cost) or the partial throttle switch(at normal cost). The V3 kit has connections on the control box for both Procede and Throttle switch, no more need to splice into your existing connection to add the procede for ESC control. This kit also has updates to the Voltmeter(slimer) and the motor to controller connections are the biggest yet. |

- Faulty fuel level sensor - Fuel level sensor harness is open or shorted - Fuel level sensor circuit poor electrical connection I ran Torco for ~3 months. No codes, very little knock and rock solid IAM. As far as I go, yep still on e85. No issues other than trying to keep under the posted speed limits . |

Big upgrades to the kit too. New buyers are going to be very happy with fit and finish as well as how easy it is to add the PROcede should they choose. Great work! |

Hello All!,, I am new to the forum and new to the FRS (having just purchased a '15 FRS RS 1.0. I have been following this thread for a while and have read almost all 433 pages. I know there is quite a long list of buyers at this point and wanted to get a couple clarifications before adding my name to the list.
1. total cost (not including the batteries) out the door. I would like a total budget cost on the ESC (tq250 or tq300) and proceed tuner as this seems to be the top combination. 2. has anyone added this to the RS1.0 yet? any possible glitches that you are aware of? 3. being that the two components above come from different shops and the ESC has a known wait list, how long does it take to get a proceed tuner. don't want to order until I know the ESC is ready and Vice Versa. 4. I want to thank all of the members for all the feedback its helped a lot. Thanks in advance! |

1) cost is on the first post. It changes as the kit has been modified. 2) not sure. Is there a different intake on the rs? 3) procedes are almost always in stock so just wait until your name comes up for the phantom. (1.3 years) 4) no worries Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
