I mean 270bhp = 240whp (dynojet) . We guess 0-60 time drop to 5.5 seconds with proper tire. The car is AT with FD 4.88
Tune is not important to me because Mike is great tuner and he correct it remotely

Pump gas research octane in tehran is 90 or lower.
I guess We can not make power more than 240bhp with pump gas.

on E85 and a custom tune to take advantage of this a Cosworth kit should fly, I'd love to see the result of this as I don't think anyone has run E85 with this kit yet

I think proper tuning (good cam , stable afr , zero LTFT & proper timing) ,low boost linear power , sharp response CL driving with E85 , extra 70bhp will make this car better in comparision with high boost high power turbo.
I think 270bhp is good and no need to extra power
