Dropped it off at the upholstery shop, Katzkins getting done. On a flight to Dallas, come back in 4days should be worth the wait

A few days ago I replaced the antenna with a 2" shorty. As far as I can tell the reception is no different.

Took her out on the highway and got her doing 175 through the turns. God I love this car.

Drove her into the city today. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it much with the firm ride and noisy interior, but I was dead wrong -- enjoyed every minute of it. The NA engine is so responsive and the car is so light on its feet, it works out great for cut-and-thrust traffic. LOVE this car!

Drove it to work in manual mode. Trying to get a better feel for it, but the car is pretty quick on the down shift so I down shift a few mph (I go by that, I guess the proper way would be by revs?) before I've caught the car doing it to make sure I know when to do it, except on first gear. The car down shifts there at around 5 or 6 mph, so I try to do it at 7 but it's a bit jerky, so I just let her have first.
