The sad part is that the companies selling those dirt cheap products are probably pulling in a much larger profit margin than the legit bigger company they are copying.
Or the legit smaller company they’re copying. Most of the mods on my car come from small businesses in the US that do everything in house. There exist copies on the market made in China. Those reps are directly negatively impacting your fellow hard-working Americans.

Wait. Rep rotors? seriously? Those exist?
Why bother with unbranded crap when Centric blanks are literally 40 bucks each?

My Opinion...

I love the way the Cosmis MR7 looks, and 5x100 18x9 +25 is perfect specs to camber.

But they are going to be heavy, and besides their looks, will not offer anything more than your basic-ebay-crap-wheels would.

I really have no knowledge or data on any specific brand. As I said it all depends upon what the company making the order pays for. There can be bad flow formed and good cast or a combination of both but there can also be very very bad of any of them.

Yes they exist. Many of the cheap drilled or slotted Ebay type rotors are just pure trash that look pretty.

245/35/18 is known to fit stock suspension with 18x9.5 with many examples in the 57CR dedicated thread.

Yes that should fit just fine. Look at the stickies and use the wheel calculator to figure out fitment. If you’re in NorCal you can reach out to The Racer’s Line for local assistance or in SoCal reach out to Counterspace Garage for local assistance.

As someone who has run brand name, replicas, and even unbranded alloy wheels over the years, from my experience, you will find places they cut costs. The replicas can be fine but you need to hedge your expectations.

I've owned a set of brand name Dai Alloys:

Dai Alloys is a reputable Canadian manufacturer and the parent company to 720Form who are known for their affordable, lightweight, flow formed wheels mentioned earlier in this thread. I got this set used for $800 CAD without rubber and at the time, they ran ~$1400 new. They were several years old when I got them and I used them for about a year and a half and also took them on track a few times with no issues at all. I really loved the gloss black 5 spoke design but they wouldn't fit over my BBK so I sold them. These wheels were still immaculate when I sold them, despite 2 seasons of daily and track driving on them in addition to whatever abuse the previous owner put them through. I'd love to get another set of gloss black 5 spoke wheels in the future.

I owned 2 sets of TC105N replicas although one set was sold to finance car repairs, I still have the other set that I currently use for daily summer driving.

I bought both sets used, in like-new condition, for $1200 CAD. They look great, 5x100 single-fit bolt pattern, weigh ~17lbs, 17x8 +35, and fit over BBK. They also take standard hub rings AND center caps at the same time no problem. No need to buy custom caps for these! And as mentioned, one set of these were used exclusively as my track wheels. I hit plenty of curbs and gone into the weeds a few times and the wheels never bent, broke or cracked.

That said, the powder coat now has a lot of rock chips on the face and has also started peeling on the sides of the spokes on 2 of the wheels which keeps peeling a bit more. I expect it will eventually peel to the face of the wheel. It's clear that the finish is where they cut costs but I'd rather that than some structural part of the design.

That said, I'd have paid $2600 CAD for a set of the real deal, and here I got 2 sets of replicas for less than half that.

Finally, I've got a set of no name wheels that I bought cheap for winter:

$450 CAD for the set and it came with rubber that lasted me the rest of that season. In terms of features, they are single bolt pattern 5x100, fit over BBK and are 17x7 +48. I have no idea who makes them and I'm not sure how heavy they are but they definitely weigh more than the TC105N copies I have do.

I've had problems with them, particularly because they use custom valve stems and I've had issues with them coming lose causing tires to lose air. Thankfully they just twist in but it's a pain if I'm not paying close attention because I have ended up with a fully flat tire over the course of a work day because of this. Also, because these are completely unmarked, if I ever damage a valve stem, they will be worthless because I have no idea how I'd replace it. Also, the bead on one of the wheels isn't perfect so I've had issues with slow leaks on that wheel. Liberal application of the bead glue or whatever they use seems to seal it up enough to hold air for a season although it is always basically flat when its time to put the wheel back on in the fall. It should be noted there is no damage to the bead or the barrel. All signs point to cheap valve stems and poor manufacturing tolerances and QC but they still balance out and (mostly) hold air so I'll continue to use them.

As I said, when you boil it down, you get what you pay for. Of course, my finances are limited to the point that I probably shouldn't even own this car but here we are. I don't think there is any serious concern about replicas from a safety standpoint but if you want to be able to take the appearance of your car to the next step, you'll need to pony up the big bucks.

My Konig Dekagrams are rotary forged (they call it Flow Formed) and are 17 or 18lbs. Got them on Black Friday for about $650, including a little discount for getting a tire bundle from Fitment Industries.
At that price point and for a wheel of that quality, something like XXRs shouldn't even be considered because they just aren't worth the $100 saving. I have a wheel that I'm confident won't fail on the streets, with an original design, for a very reasonable price.
