Guess I ought to make a post in here. I've been following FT86 news since the concept came out, and have been half-hoping it wouldn't be that great so I wouldn't be tempted to sell my car, lol. Like boxer engines, like lightweight, like RWD, so it's very tantalizing at this point.

Hi everyone, another guy from SoCal here.

Currently rolling around in a '91 Supra Turbo, very interested in getting a 86 as a daily so the Supra can die all it wants. Been following the news and discussion on the FT86 the last few months, very glad to see Toyota making a RWD sports car again. I'm just hoping it hasn't changed too much from concept to production.

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I currently own a 2003 Celica T-Sport and have been holding out for the FT86 for what seems like an eternity now. I really hope it enters production soon and restores faith in Toyota's sporty pedigree. Thanks for all the wicked info on the site and im loving the teaser pics ahead of the mk2 unveiling.

What's been revealed so far really has my interest. I hope that I'll be driving a white FT86 in the future.
