So far, I have already installed HKS racing suction reloaded intake and full exhaust system (Borla UEL header, perrin over pipe, invidia catless front pipe, 2.5 perrin catback exhaust without resonator.
Btw, does a set of lightweight pulley really help, when it comes to tuning ?
Now, I'm looking at around 220 whp with this tune, do you think that is it possible ?
A lightweight pulley set will not help with the tuning or power to any measurable degree. As far as your power goals, you won't be able to get there with a Borla UEL. Unfortunately, that header simply doesn't perform well enough. Your best shot at these numbers NA is with a JDL header. You already have a catless front pipe, so really that's about all that needs to change. Is E85 readily available in Thailand?

Sincerely,

Zach

Just as an FYI we have made some small improvements to our NA tune as of last couple week. We do not have an official dyno charts as of yet (working on it) but we did manage to reign in a little more power in the midrange between 5K and 7K and will now start offering this as our new NA tune version 5.26.

The increase is about 3-5 horsepower in this range and helps dramatacly for those that race their vehicles. Being most of your racers flip between gears in the higher RPM's every little bit will help so we spent some time on Michele Abbate's US Touring Car to dial in the top end a little more. Her vehicle has a completely stock bottom end at the moment running on 98 octane.

For a bit more on her setup and her debut at Laguna Seca click here.

Cheers,
William Knose
