Minus the big wang, all of the aero bits are already allowed in STX. Not sure if they put the wing in the Subaru parts catalog like the rest of the body kit pieces or not...

Right. All I can see is a PN and associate $3k cost for what I think might be the wing, but no parts diagram attached. Enough to exclude? I don't think so. Kinda like a worse S2k-CR basically, and that's in STR so don't really see an issue.

Once you've driven with a wing, you'll realize if we all can't have wings, NO ONE GETS A WING. Denied!
Imho of course.

I'm not sure if the Ts will fall into the "not enough made, not legal" bucket or not, but unless the wing is proven 200% useless, I doubt it'd be STX.

I guess what I'm really after is if all the extra bits on say a 2013 would class it out of stx.

Yes.

You cannot add the parts to a car that did not come with them and remain STX legal.

There is no question that equipping the ts parts on a 2013 that didn't come with them would be illegal in STX.

The package itself is illegal for STX until someone writes a letter and it is added. The limited run of only 500 units may mean that the ts BRZ will never be classed.

They only made 500 of these in America, so it doesn’t meet the 1000 minimum units to be SCCA legal. I know, stupid rule.

You can add some parts, like the STi body panels or the underpanels, if a vehicle in that model year came with them. I don't believe you can go across model-years, plus the 17+ aren't considered the same as the 13-16 so definitely a no go in this case.

The wing would probably end up being a must-have if it were allowed in STX. It won't, because of the 1000 built rule as already noted.

The good news for the rest of us is that Red Bull is looking for a new driver to replace Ricciardo so next year life can resume as usual for the rest of us in STX while we watch Kyle on TV in the big leagues.

But really, good job Kyle.

That really does look nice. I'm curious to hear how you like the added roll stiffness.

I guess it's still in testing/not officially available yet? I didn't know Karcepts was selling any twin parts yet. Can't find that bar listed anywhere.

Its added stiffness depending on what holes it's set on..... I can match the bar I had on it..... Or go either direction.

It is not available yet, Brian and I are testing them right now. If you are at nationals, come by and take a look at it.
