Turbo Frs CEL

So this is my first post but I have a Jdl turbo FRS tuned via Ecutek and I got a check engine light for the first after having the car turbo’d for 4 months and the engine codes were P0171 and P1171 I contacted my tuner and he said more than likely it’s the AFR and O2 sensors or the maf. So I decided in the mean time to Clear the CEL codes with my OFT and now my car is having really bad throttle response and feels like there’s no boost at all could that be that the OFT messed with the ECU? I know it was a stupid mistake to use the OFT to do that.

Check for exhaust leaks at your header. Check for leaks at the evap solenoid under the intake manifold (straight under it, directly in line with the a/compressor)

Check all your intercooler piping. Also, datalog and post the logs here using datazap. Your tuner cannot help you if he's remote; find someone in person who can help resolve them. It's likely the car has no throttle response because it's yanking timing due to your fuel trims

It sounds like it's in limp mode. Usually that's when you have a code still though not after you erase them. I would scan again and make sure you have no codes still.

Also use ecutek. Did you buy the full kit with cable or Bluetooth? You can clear codes with either.

What year? You sure it's P1171, I'm not seeing that listed.

I am working through P0170 P0171 P117B for my supercharged 2017 BRZ.

This should link you to the manual for TS-ing

Definitely agree with logging. If you haven't used datazap it's amazing.
